Had a blocked kitchen sink tap. Tim managed to find a degraded rubber seal inside the tap and fixed it without replacing it. T Lynch Plumbing was also cost effective and i didn't get ripped off like the previous quote from another company.

Tim is a bloody legend. Identified a nail in a pipe from 20 years ago that rusted and caused a major flood in my floor. 3 insurance "experts" said it was external rain and a "building issue" boy were they wrong. Tim fixed the burst pipe and is going to help with the rectification works. Strongly recommend T Lynch Plumbing because of their attention to detail and professionalism.

Had a major sewer block which Tim traced, fixed and also got Yarra Water to unblock their end. Proper advice and kept informed all the way. Thanks Tim.

Tim provided a wonderful service on the day that I contacted him for a semi-urgent toilet leak. He was efficient, resourceful and a lovely person. Can highly recommend and will call him again with plumbing concerns.

Tim’s attention to detail was amazing - a rare find these days. I’m so happy with the job he did and would highly recommend using his services. He even sent a follow up text to make sure everything was going smoothly. Absolutely 5 star service.

Great job by Tim he attended to fix a leaking pipe and improved the drainage of that pipe after detecting a blockage. Swift fast attendance and master work.

Will use his services again.

Tim has worked on a recent bathroom and laundry renovation at my house and I have been recommending him since. He will persist until the job is to his satisfaction, and he is very flexible. Good plumbers are hard to find, so Tim is a keeper!

We used T Lynch Plumbing when we renovated our bathroom. They did a great job, turned up on time and were very friendly. Couldn't ask for any thing more.
